With extensive experience in the energy industry, Jones has held leadership roles at both Quanta Corporate and Quanta subsidiaries, managing operations and supporting teams across the country.

Before stepping into his current role, Jones served as Regional Vice President for the Southeast Region, where he played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and growth.

Jones holds a Master of Science in Engineering Technology with a focus on Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Banking and Finance from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute and holds multiple industry certifications.

Outside of work, Jones enjoys spending quality time with his wife and five children. Whether it’s traveling, outdoor activities, or simply sharing moments together, his focus on family reflects his values of connection and balance, which also guide his approach to leadership.

She holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Texas in Arlington and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Before joining Northstar Energy Solutions, Sarah gained valuable experience at a public accounting firm and spent 15 years with a large auto dealer in Arlington. She began her career there as a receptionist and worked her way up to the position of controller, demonstrating her dedication and leadership skills.

Sarah’s diverse background and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in driving financial growth and operational efficiency within our organization. Her strategic vision and financial acumen continue to ensure the financial health and sustainability of Northstar Energy Solutions.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling with her husband Randy, family, and friends. She is a passionate sports fan, especially of the Rangers, Cowboys, and Longhorns. Sarah also enjoys playing mahjong with friends.

With over 30 years of experience in heavy construction, industrial, and civil projects, he has a proven track record of delivering excellence and driving growth.

Since joining Canfer/NorthStar in 2008, Stephen has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, rising from Field Supervisor to Operations Manager, and now to Vice President. His ability to lead diverse teams, streamline operations, and foster a culture of safety and efficiency has been instrumental in the company’s success.

A Louisiana native, Stephen graduated from Caddo Magnet High School in Shreveport in 1989 and earned a B.S. from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston in 1994. His educational foundation, combined with decades of hands-on experience, equips him to tackle complex challenges in the industry.

When he’s not overseeing operations, Stephen enjoys spending time on the lake with his wife and kids. An avid boater, he takes every opportunity to relax and recharge with family on the water.

Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of Safety & Training for both the Texas & NHPL Groups. James also served eight years in the United States Army Reserve and is known for his
practical, people-centered leadership style and strong commitment to safety, workforce development, and operational excellence.

James has been married to his wife Carrie for 29 years and they have two children, Justin 25 who works for Elite Construction as a Substation apprentice, and Breanna 19 who is currently enrolled in college working on an environmental science degree. In his free time James enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing and boating with his wife and friends.

With more than 13 years of experience in the Electric Power Delivery industry, Brice’s career began as a groundman and evolved through numerous leadership roles, culminating as Transmission Operations Manager. In this role, he oversaw the construction of hundreds of miles of transmission lines for key utility partners, including Oncor, Texas-New Mexico Power, and Florida Power & Light. Brice also played a pivotal role in the successful execution of multiple Barehand Transmission projects throughout the Southeastern U.S., offering technical expertise and innovative solutions.

In 2022, Brice joined Quanta through Irby Construction and was soon entrusted with establishing NorthStar’s new Energized Services Division. Under his guidance, the division has achieved rapid growth and continues to deliver high-quality services across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

Brice holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. A proud U.S. Army veteran, he served eight years as a scout sniper, including deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Outside of work, Brice enjoys fishing, playing guitar, and—above all—spending time with his wife and their four children.

He is known for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and strong organizational leadership across national markets.

Most recently, Jake served as Director of Operations for MasTec’s Gas Division, overseeing office and field operations and leading major improvements in efficiency, customer relationships, revenue growth, safety, and workforce development.

Previously, as Vice President of Operations at Future Infrastructure, he managed a multimillion‑dollar gas construction portfolio and advanced performance through strong business acumen and a results‑driven approach.

Jake’s earlier leadership at Miller Pipeline LLC, spanning roles from Superintendent to Manager, sharpened his skills in startup operations, resource planning, budgeting, compliance, and client engagement. He has successfully launched and scaled operations in multiple states, built high‑performing teams, and fostered strong safety‑first cultures.

Randy Miles brings more than 30 years of real-world utility and construction experience to his role as Vice President of Safety & Training. Since starting his career in 1993, he has worked his way through the trade, serving as a Substation Technician, Journeyman Lineman, Foreman, General Foreman, and Superintendent of Distribution. Along the way, he built extensive experience in underground and overhead distribution, network systems, substations, transmission construction, and traffic signalization.

Jackie brings more than 22 years of human resources leadership experience supporting some of the nation’s largest construction, energy, and infrastructure organizations. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership and operations teams to build strong workplace cultures, develop talent, and align workforce strategy with business growth.

Most recently, Jackie served as Vice President of Human Resources for Primoris Services Corporation, where she led HR strategy supporting more than 7,500 employees across the United States. Her experience spans organizational development, workforce planning, leadership coaching, change management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives designed to support both operational excellence and long-term growth.

Jackie earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University and is known for her collaborative, hands-on leadership style. She has built a reputation as a trusted advisor who balances strategic vision with practical solutions, helping organizations navigate growth while maintaining a strong focus on their people.
